FastRider lists okada riders so that people can find and call them. We do not employ riders, arrange trips, set fares or carry passengers.

Any agreement about a ride, a delivery or a fare is between you and the rider. Agree your fare before you travel.

Your phone number must be yours. You may not register a number belonging to someone else.

Your name and number are shown publicly on FastRider. Your number is only shown to someone who asks to see it.

A subscription keeps your profile visible. If a month goes unpaid your profile is hidden from search until it is settled. Nothing further is charged while you are hidden.

Dispatch work requires verified identity. Riders without it can carry passengers only.

Reviews are shown without your name but are recorded against your account. Reviews must describe your own experience.

We investigate reports. Accounts found to be misusing FastRider are removed permanently, and a removed account cannot be restored by paying.

You may not collect riders' phone numbers in bulk, scrape the directory, or use automated tools against it. The directory exists so individual people can find a ride.

You may not impersonate a rider or create accounts for people who have not asked you to.
